These Terms apply to the website only. A separate written agreement is required before we perform construction or restoration work on a property.

2. Informational nature of the Site

Content on the Site — including descriptions of services, process steps, photos, and general guidance — is for informational purposes. It does not guarantee a particular outcome for your property, insurance claim, or project timeline.

3. Ballpark estimates are not binding quotes

Any cost estimator, ballpark range, or similar tool on the Site is an informal illustration only. It is not a formal bid, fixed price, or binding quote. Final pricing depends on inspection, measurements, materials, scope, site conditions, code requirements, and a written proposal we provide.

4. Contact form submissions are not a contract for work

Submitting the contact form, calling us, or emailing us does not create a contract for roofing or other construction services. We become obligated to perform work only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties (or another writing we expressly accept as binding).

By sending a message through the Site, you agree that we may use the information you provide as described in ourPrivacy Notice.

5. Intellectual property

The Site’s text, branding, logos, photographs, graphics, and layout are owned by Panther Builds LLC or used with permission. You may view and temporarily download content for personal, non-commercial use related to evaluating our services. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or contact form for spam, fraud, harassment, or unlawful purposes

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE LAWS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, PANTHER BUILDS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON SITE CONTENT, INCLUDING BALLPARK ESTIMATES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM SITE USE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for work performed under a separate construction contract, which is governed by that contract and applicable law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Panther Builds LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Kentucky shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site, except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
